Terms and Conditions

By using the Live Life application you irrevocably agree to be bound by the general Terms and Conditions. Changes in the general Terms and Conditions are possible due to changes in the application. The most recent version of these general Terms and Conditions applies. Within the Terms and Conditions Live Life (we) distinguish mobile application users (users) and location owners (admins).

Services for users

Live Life brings people together and encourages them to socialize in the physical world. Live Life enables users to get in contact with other people in the area by scanning a QR-code and access the chat where they are able to communicate with others. The chat is set up by the location owner (admin) on a screen where everyone in the area can participate in the conversation. Users are also able to share pictures and videos, ask questions and benefit from special deals.

Services for admins

The location owners (admins) are able to create a new dimension for their visitors. The visitors are able to communicate with each other but also with the admin, and the admin is able to directly communicate with them via the chat. The admin is also able to create promotional works and set up special deals for returning visitors.

Live Life also offers (paid) features for their admins. These features include, but are not limited to, image and word filter, translation and a reward system.

Account

Both the user and the admin are able to create an account for Live Life. When creating the account you agree to provide us accurate information and keep it up-to-date at all times. If you have reason to believe that your account is no longer secure, you may notify Live Life. If anyone asks for personal information such as password or name, please block and report the user and situation.

Live Life may at any time and in its sole discretion without prior warning or notice:

  • Change the services or suspend and/or cease providing the services or any part of the services;
  • Disable or suspend your use of the Live Life services including access to your user and/or admin account(s) and any content contained in your account either temporarily or permanently;
  • pre-screen, review, flag, filter, modify, refuse, reject, block access to or remove any or all Content from the Services.

Users can always unsubscribe from our services. Send us a mail at info@livechatscreen.com, and we will delete your personal user or admin account.

Payment (admin only)

Some of the services Live Life offers are paid features, these paid features are not mandatory for the use of Live Life. The admin is able to pay for those features by iDEAL or Credit Card. After the initial payment the admin will be charged on monthly base on usage by direct debit. Invoices are available within the web application and are send via email periodically. The admin is also able to download the invoice or copy the invoice link.

The admin agrees that Live Life may increase and/or decrease prices of features offered to them. Live Life will notify the admin via the e-mail address as chosen in the application process. Deleting the (web) application from your device does not cancel your subscription; Live Life will retain all funds charged to your account until you cancel your subscription through notifying Live Life by e-mail (info@livechatscreen.com).

Links to other sources

The application and/or chat may contain links to third parties and other sources. These links are provided by either (other) users or (other) admins and Live Life is not responsible in any way for the content it might provide.

Intellectual property

The Live Life service as well as its content are protected by intellectual property. By using the app, you agree to respect Live Life Intellectual Rights, as well as those generally owned by anybody else, in particular not to copy, forward, download or share content of the app without obtaining the necessary permissions of the rightful owners.

If one or more points in this article is/are breached, Live Life will be entitled to remove the content in question and suspend your licence to use the app without notice or compensation. Any suggestion that you pass on to Live Life to adapt or improve our services may be used by Live Life or her partners free of charge, irrevocably and without any conditions.

Privacy Policy

Privacy is a priority for Live Life. We process your user data in order to provide the Live Life services. We recommend you to read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data. When you have any question about your privacy, contact us at info@livechatscreen.com.

Liability

Use of the Live Life services is at your own risk. Live Life and our third parties are not responsible for any damages, losses and expenses regarding the use or the effect of using our services. This includes, but is not limited to: (I) your access to use the service, or inability to do so (II) the conduct or content of other users or third parties on, through or following use of the service.

Disputes

Dutch law is applied on this agreement. Any dispute between Live Life and you will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of its registered offices in The Netherlands.
